Lead Software Engineer
As a Lead Software Engineer at EPAM Systems (Sep 2020 - Present), I lead a team of iOS developers in delivering high-quality iOS apps. My role involves client interaction for requirements, developing feasible Apple platform solutions, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery. I'm passionate about iOS development, possess strong communication skills, and advocate for continuous learning, leveraging extensive experience in CI/CD and GIT.
Tech Lead
At Optimize IT Systems (Mar 2019 - Sep 2020), I led a team of 5 developers across 3 projects. My responsibilities included pre-sales activities, technical bid review, mobile solution review, and project timeline estimation. I also collaborated closely with UI/UX teams, facilitating design migrations from Photoshop to Sketch and later to Adobe XD, ensuring seamless integration of design into development.
Associate Consultant
As an Associate Consultant at Atos India Pvt. Ltd. (May 2015 - March 2019), I was responsible for developing iOS Mobile Applications. My role included analyzing client requirements, suggesting feasible mobile solutions, and managing the entire technical lifecycle of projects—from evaluating business models and planning mobile applications to UI/UX planning with the design team, coding, unit testing, polishing apps with Xcode instruments, and implementing test strategies to ensure product quality. I also contributed to application release management and securing and penetration testing for mobile applications. I received the 'Atos Expert' award for boosting innovation, improving R&D, and setting high standards in project delivery.
Software Engineer
As a Software Engineer at Indusnet Technologies (January 2014 - May 2015, which includes the period at Customer First Infonet), I was an application developer with a background in Computer Science Engineering. I worked on developing iOS Mobile Applications, including working in a dedicated hiring model for offshore clients. My responsibilities included estimating requirements and timelines for maintaining existing and new applications, writing unit test code, distributing builds to internal testers and clients, and checking app store guidelines for project readiness. My passion towards iOS app development helped me accomplish tasks on time, opening doors to explore and enhance my capabilities.
